How the practical assessment works
This is the part most online courses leave out, so here is exactly what happens.

Watch the technique module
The full lifting sequence is demonstrated step by step before you are asked to do anything.

Record your lift
Use a phone or laptop camera to record a 10–60 second lift, following the sequence you have just been shown.

Upload for review
Upload the recording from your account. An instructor checks your technique against the assessment criteria.

Get your result
You receive a pass or written feedback. Re-recording is free. On approval, your certificate is issued to your account.
Training a team? The employer uploads each learner’s video in the business dashboard. Videos are not accepted by email or WhatsApp.

Will my employer accept this certificate?
Acceptance depends on your employer and the tasks you do. If you need training for a specific job, check with your employer before buying. This course does not replace task-specific instruction at work.
How long is the certificate valid for?
Your certificate is valid for 3 years. Your employer may require refresher training sooner if your work or equipment changes.
When do I get my certificate?
Finish the online theory and send us your practical video. Once your instructor approves it, you can download your certificate from your account.
How long does the review take?
Review times vary with demand. You can see the result in your account as soon as your instructor has checked your video.
What if I need another try?
We’ll tell you what to correct, and you can record your lift again free of charge. There is no extra fee.
What do I need to record it?
A phone or laptop camera, a bit of clear floor space, and a box or similar object you can lift safely. Nothing heavy is required. You can record it at home.
Can I do the whole thing on my phone?
Yes. The lessons, the recording and the upload all work on a phone. A phone is usually the easiest way to record your lift.
What if the course is not what I expected?
Email us within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full. You do not need to give a reason. This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights.
Are there any extra fees?
No. €33 covers the course, the practical assessment, instructor review, any re-recording you need, and your certificate. There is no subscription and no renewal charge.

Course suitability & workplace training
This course is intended for lower-risk manual handling. Your employer should assess the real tasks you do and decide what instruction is needed. Patient handling, heavy or awkward loads and higher-risk work may need additional task-specific, in-person training. A certificate does not replace a workplace risk assessment.
